Refer-a-Bud Program

SUMMARY. MyBud POS has instituted a referral program (the “Program”) whereby a person (an “Inviter”) can earn a $100 gift card each time the Inviter refers a retailer to MyBud, and that referred retailer (a “Business”) purchases a MyBud POS system;
The foregoing reward is referred to as a “Gift.”

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR MYBUD POS REFERRAL. In order to be eligible to receive the applicable Gift for a MyBud POS system referral, the Inviter must (1) go to www.mybudpos.com/refer and fill out the form with the name and contact information for the Business and (2) the Business must purchase a POS system from MyBud, sign an Equipment Agreement, and keep the POS system active, with the account in good standing, for at least ninety days after installation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL REFERRALS. Existing MyBud customers, as well as their immediate family members, and those that have previously purchased a MyBud POS, cannot be referred for POS. In addition, employees of MyBud and their immediate family members are not eligible to refer or be referred under this Program. If the Inviter is a current customer, then the Inviter’s account must be in good standing in order to participate in this Program and/or receive a Gift. There is no limit on the number of referrals that an Inviter can make under the Program or the number of Gifts that an Inviter can receive, subject to these terms. Any Inviter eligible to receive more than $600 in Gifts in any calendar year shall be required to provide information to MyBud in order for MyBud to provide the Inviter with a 1099 for that tax year. All referrals must be submitted at least 24 hours (at www.mybudpos.com/refer) prior to the MyBud sales agent submitting the specific application for the purchase/sign-up by the Business. Any eligible Inviter may refer a Business. If a Business is referred by more than one Inviter, then the Inviter who inputted the Business’s contact information at www.mybudpos.com/refer first will be eligible for the Gift. The Gift may be subject to terms provided by the gift card issuer. The Inviter is responsible for any related taxes for receiving a Gift. MyBud may request a W9 form and/or other information in certain circumstances prior to a gift being issued. Subject to the Program’s terms, if the foregoing conditions are met for any specific referral, then MyBud will mail the applicable Gift to the Inviter within forty-five days of the conditions being met.

GENERAL TERMS. The Program and any Gift awarded are subject to these terms and conditions. MyBud reserves the right to change the Program, these terms, and/or terminate the Program, at any time without prior notice. All changes to the Program or these terms will be posted on at www.mybudpos.com/refer. Gifts may not be pooled or combined with any other person’s Gifts and may not be transferred to another person’s account. MyBud reserves the right to terminate a person’s right to participate in the Program at any time if the person violates these terms or otherwise tampers or interferes with the Program or any other participant. Termination of a person’s participation will result in a loss of all accumulated Gifts and any other Program benefits. All decisions of MyBud regarding the Program and these terms are final and binding on all Program participants. MyBud will not be responsible for undeliverable or unredeemable Gifts due to inaccurate or insufficient address or contact information submitted by the Inviter. MyBud may operate additional referral programs for other people; no person may earn an award under two or more NRS referral programs.
